Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.

  • Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

  • Set performance goals and provide regular training, support, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to company leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in real estate, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, property markets, and industry regulations.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
